Our USDA Angus/ Hereford Cross Steers will produce richly- marble steaks and other cuts that are lower in saturated fat than grain-fed beef, but higher in healthy omega-3 fats and other minerals. Our young beef is slow grown on grass and ranch hay to 24 months, Angus crosses are renowned for the marbling and taste. They live naturally, grass fed and finished- without any antibiotics or hormones. Some cuts due to the small amount per beef will be limited and only available shortly after harvest dates.
